With a professional background at AM 100 law firms in Chicago, New York City, and Los Angeles, in-house experience at the headquarters of multi-billion dollar conglomerates, and as General Counsel of a software developer and implementer, Nicole has considerable expertise in applying the law as a business strategy.

Nicole’s passion for applying the law to complement operating activities motivated her to obtain an MBA after a decade of legal practice. This further qualification enhances her perspective regarding her clients’ operations, and amplifies her ability to meet their specific needs.

Nicole’s work with diverse companies owned by mutli-national conglomerates, and as GC preparing a company for an IPO led to the conclusion that middle market companies are underserved by the legal profession. High-quality legal services are affordable to these growth driven companies for one-off projects. However, daily high-grade legal advice may be financially out of reach. In 2013, Nicole founded Synesis Law, a firm dedicated to serving middle market companies.
